Where Courage Meets Care
Providing effective and evidence-based trauma therapies for children, parents, and families
Services
Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI)
An evidence-based, early mental health treatment, CFTSI is delivered over a brief 5-8 session period. It is designed for children ages 7-18 and their caregivers after a potentially traumatic event or disclosure of abuse.
Therapeutic Beekeeping
Explore the powerful therapeutic potential of beekeeping. I offer guidance on implementing trauma-informed, nature-based programs that foster healing, connection, and resilience. Participants gain practical tools and curriculum frameworks to integrate beekeeping into their existing therapeutic practices or community-focused initiatives.
Consultation and Speaking Events
Offering a unique therapeutic approach, I provide guided interactions with honey bee hives. These individual sessions are designed to foster mindfulness, enhance sensory awareness, and deepen connection to living systems.
Parent Support and Coaching
Traumatic experiences can affect not only children, but also the adults who care for them. Trauma-Informed Parenting Support helps caregivers understand how stress and past experiences may influence parenting, while providing practical tools to support a child’s development and healing.

Anchor & Fields’ trauma-focused services prioritize healing, insight, and you, the decision maker. Treatment plans are co-constructed together. Sessions involve open, transparent, and compassionate communication. They are thoughtfully tailored to make you and/or your child feel empowered and to provide you with the tools to grow into the individual you like to envision living out your future choices, relationships, and ambitions.
CFTSI treatment sessions and trauma-informed parenting support sessions are held virtually for clients residing in Colorado, Connecticut, and New York.
Therapeutic beekeeping sessions will take place in person in Boulder County, Colorado beginning Spring 2026.
