Where Courage Meets Care
Providing effective and evidence-based trauma therapies for children and families
Services
Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI)
A brief (5-8 session), evidence-based early mental health treatment developed for children ages 7-18 and their caregivers following a potential trauma or disclosure of abuse.
Therapeutic Beekeeping
Explore the powerful therapeutic potential of beekeeping. I offer guidance on implementing trauma-informed, nature-based programs that foster healing, connection, and resilience. Participants gain practical tools and curriculum frameworks to integrate beekeeping into their own therapeutic or community initiatives.
Consultation and Speaking Events
A complementary therapeutic practice that offers guided interactions with honey bee hives to build mindfulness, sensory awareness, and connection to living systems. Accepting clients beginning Spring 2026.
Schedule a consultation
The first step in seeking care is a 15 minute consultation, during which time we will explore together whether the service you are considering is a good fit. These consultations are free of charge. They are an opportunity for you to gather additional information and get acquainted with Anchor & Fields’ owner and primary clinician, Sarah.
